A black, custom laser cut metal screen that appears to be part of the railing to the second storey above is the perfect connecting piece. All topped off with a beautiful chandelier to light the space.

This rental project needed to appeal to a varying age demographic while staying true to Mission Group’s well established standards. Since the project is a rental building, extreme detail was made in selecting durable materials to stand multiple users over time. The neutral dual tone cabinetry, paired with solid surface counters and warm wood look flooring throughout the units was the perfect palette to appeal to the masses looking for modern living.
