When the Landmark District reached out to Hatch for help updating the current two storey Landmark 7 lobby, as well as creating two new shared boardrooms, we were excited to take on the challenge. The lobby was updated with a striking new fireplace and natural wood tones, large acoustic lighting that enhances both the aesthetic and sound quality of the space, and new modern furniture.
The boardrooms, designed for a sophisticated yet intimate feel, embrace a dark and moody aesthetic, enhanced by warm wood finishes that add depth and comfort. This transformation elevates both functionality and design, offering a space that feels both professional and inviting.
