The incorporation of high polished concrete floors and a custom cast concrete pedestal with Perch logo, provide a contemporary touch, marrying the old vibe with new. The extension of the lounge onto the vast outdoor rooftop with green space, stone clad fireplaces, and gathering spaces is unlike anything else Kelowna has to offer.
