Big White Ski Resort hired us to help with the relocation of two of their retail spaces to the middle of the village. For Dizzy’s, the goal was to create an elevated environment for their customers who are often there for long lengths of time while the Dizzy’s team help with their new gear. The design allows for celebration of the past with displays of antique ski gear, while offering modern clean displays of new retail offerings. We worked closely with the staff to customize boot fitting stations for an elevated experience that was both comfortable for the clients and functional for the administrator.

Peaks, adjacent and open to Dizzy’s, is a bright, open, and thoughtfully designed space with maximized retail display and an inviting checkout area. Special attention was paid to creating dynamic lighting throughout that is easily adjustable to keep up with ever changing retail displays. The challenge of bridging these distinct designs was met with intentional visual cues that guide customers seamlessly from one area to the next, creating a cohesive experience that celebrates both the history of Big White and modern design.
