Dwell Property Management, an expanding business originating in the Greater Vancouver Area, came to us looking to create an impactful location as they expand into the Kelowna market. We worked closely with them to develop a functional, high end office space that integrated brand elements paired with new features to provide a contemporary and comfortable interior. Hatch worked with Dwell’s signature look of full height glass walls and colourful geometric forms, introducing a frameless and hidden track glazing system for the office walls and doors with colourful accent films differentiating each room. Dwell opted to utilize our full design services, including furniture planning and procurement to ensure a fully coordinated and cohesive space for their team.
