Orchard Park Mall was ready to relocate and redesign its existing Guest Services Kiosk, originally designed by Hatch, as part of the mall’s expansion. We worked closely with the Primaris team to create a new sleek design that met their current needs, while minimizing visual clutter and maximizing functionality.
Custom millwork was carefully planned to accommodate all of Orchard Park’s Guest Services needs, including cabinets sized to store and discreetly hide rentable wheelchairs and walkers. Full-height millwork towers were incorporated to provide ample storage, framed by custom-stained wood slats and a quartz slab with backlit signage to create a visually striking focal point. A solid wood countertop with waterfall edge was designed for wheelchair accessibility, blending style with inclusivity. Stainless steel and metal features were strategically implemented, adding visual impact and ensuring durability to prevent damage over time.

The layout was designed to encourage guests to approach team members from the front, promoting ease of interaction. Ergonomics were carefully considered for the team, with workstations designed for both sitting and standing, comfortable stools that can be tucked away, stress relief mats, and adjustable keyboard trays to ensure comfort and reduce strain.
